Position: CX / Marketing Consultant Team Lead

  • Oversee a team of Sales and Customer Experience consultants
  • Guarantee effective and efficient project delivery
  • Foster account expansion for our clients
  • Engage with experts to develop creative solutions

Your role will involve advising on marketing, customer experience, or sales initiatives, tailoring technology solutions, and managing transformation processes to ensure client success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Prior experience in team leadership is preferred
