Senior Order Fulfillment Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the seamless execution of the entire order fulfillment process across multiple companies within the HPM Division, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Logistics, and IT, to streamline order-to-delivery processes.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance related to order fulfillment and implement strategies to improve KPIs such as delivery accuracy, lead time reduction, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Act as a project leader for the rollout of new IT tools or process enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal/external IT teams to ensure the fulfillment process is supported by robust, scalable technology.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses for senior management on the performance of the fulfillment process, including identifying potential risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in order fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations management, ideally within a manufacturing or metals industry.
  • Strong experience in leading IT projects related to order management or fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately € 4,481.24 gross, based on a minimum salary agreement and qualifications. In addition, an attractive benefits package includes flexible working hours, annual appraisal interviews, and opportunities for employee participation and growth.
