Job Description

We are currently seeking a new member for our Invoice Team, which consists of four dedicated professionals, at our Vienna location. Join zooplus as our next Billing Auditor (all genders).

The responsibilities include:

Conducting thorough audits and detailed verification of all incoming goods and transport cost invoices from both domestic and international sources for factual, tax-related, and computational accuracy. Managing claims and resolving discrepancies regarding delivered goods in collaboration with German and English-speaking suppliers and logistics partners. Collaborating closely with the Accounting, Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics departments. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Qualifications

Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification. Experience in retail, preferably within the online or mail-order sector. Strong numerical aptitude. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
