Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Retail Transformation department as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our future retail business model, focusing on innovation, digitization, and exceptional client experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic analysis of Erste Group's Retail Business in Austria and CEE countries
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of our future retail business model
  • Deep-dive into strategic topics, such as digitalization and growth opportunities, to inform ongoing development
  • Prepare and design storylines and presentations for board-level meetings and internal/external events

Your Background

  • Ongoing studies in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, intercultural environment
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for learning
  • Proficiency in Office 365, particularly MS-Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more CEE languages
