We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at L'Osteria. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and presentation styles to enhance the dining experience.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a culinary team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
