Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our SRE team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear vision for our SRE initiatives, aligning with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to measure and improve system reliability.
- Work closely with architects and SRE engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create, drive, and maintain the SRE roadmap with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with internal and external vendors providing SRE tools or services.
- 5+ years' hands-on SRE experience in a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading a SRE team or a product owner/product management experience in an agile software product environment.
- Passionate about pushing the limits to operate a vast SaaS solution reliable and performant at scale.
