Promatix Corp., a global leader in digital transformation, seeks an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

About the Role:
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives for clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise in Oracle enterprise applications and digitized processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business process improvements, utilizing Horus business process tools and best practice reference models.
  • Analyze and improve business processes, developing requirement specifications for system configuration and defining suitable test cases.
  • Design, configure, personalize, and test business processes in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle NetSuite ERP, and heterogeneous systems.
  • Conceptualize data migration and support transformation processes, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support organizational change management, planning and implementing training and coaching measures.
Your Background:
  • A degree in industrial engineering, information systems, information management, business administration, or computer science with business affinity.
  • Sound business knowledge and user experience in finance, accounting, enterprise performance management, SCM/logistics, customer experience, or personnel management.
  • Responsible use of digital technologies and AI to create sustainable human experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, abstraction, structuring, documentation, and presentation skills, with good German and English language proficiency.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise.
  • Health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and AD&D coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match of up to 4% of employee contribution, 100% vested immediately.
  • 18 PTO days in the first year, increasing to 23 PTO days starting the second year, plus 10 sick leave days and 12 paid holidays.
