Unlock Your Potential as a Team Lead Project Manager

Hitachi Energy Austria AG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Project Manager to join our Enterprise Software team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cementing solid working relationships with our prestigious customers and supporting the sales team through the sales life cycle.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure successful project delivery and exceed customer expectations.
  • Support the sales team in proposal development and sales opportunities.
  • Manage medium to large and complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Drive the end-to-end process from project planning to contract close-out and sign-off by the customer.
  • Identify and report additional business opportunities for consulting services.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in software.
  • Significant experience in an asset-intensive industry, specifically power generation and transmission, utilities, rail transportation, mining, and public infrastructure.
  • Substantial experience in strategic project management within a customer or consulting service focused on providing enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
