About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project and Plant Engineer MEP to join our dynamic team at AVL List GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical coordination and planning of complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of building and plant engineering solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical concepts for building and plant engineering projects
  • Coordinate with customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Participate in sales projects to develop optimal solutions based on customer needs
  • Integrate complex systems, coordinate interfaces, and ensure overall project functionality
  • Contribute to the technical conception and coordination of project participants
  • Supervise technical construction or provide construction support as needed
Requirements
  • Completed technical education in energy and environmental technology, HVAC, or building services engineering
  • Several years of experience in planning and design of technically complex projects
  • Basic knowledge of structural engineering, plant engineering, pipeline construction, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems, and gas warning systems
  • Consideration of relevant standards and laws
  • Basic knowledge of HOAI, CAD, and BIM coordination
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally
