Student Marketeer

As a Student Marketeer at Red Bull, you will be part of a global network of over 4000 students who represent the brand and its products in their region. Your task is to advance the brand image and product understanding at your campus and in your region.

The Student Marketeer program aims to reach new consumers, engage students at universities, and make the Red Bull brand visible on campus. To achieve this, you will interact directly with consumers and customers, identify suitable consumption opportunities, and participate in Red Bull events to create an unforgettable brand experience.

You will embody the company values and represent the brand excellently through daily interaction with consumers and customers. You will inspire and convince new consumers of our products by recognizing consumption opportunities and providing them with wings at the right time and place, while answering their questions competently.

You will develop a tailored and innovative campus plan and implement it to engage students and make the brand visible on campus. You will build a strong network, establish and maintain relationships with influential opinion leaders in the region, and promote the brand's presence through authentic content on your social media channels.

You will work closely with your regional sales team to identify new sales channels on campus and beyond. You will be motivated to develop your sales skills further. You will ensure the widespread availability and visibility of Red Bull by implementing our point-of-sale standards.

You must be enrolled at a university or college. You must have fluent German language skills in writing and speaking. You must be available for at least 38 hours per month. You must have a charismatic, dynamic, positive, and open personality. You must enjoy meeting people from various backgrounds. You must be actively involved in student life and have in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and region, including popular and lesser-known hotspots.

You must have creativity and entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong sense of responsibility and high initiative. You must be able to balance part-time work and studies and ideally be available in the evenings and on weekends. You must have a strong interest in acquiring new knowledge and applying it, particularly in the areas of marketing and sales. You must have a good network with influential groups and individuals on campus. You must be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand and product.
