Job Title: Senior Product Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving new innovative core product capabilities, with hyperscale and high-performance in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, architects, and design leads, to deliver product capabilities that WOW customers.
- Partner with product marketing to develop targeted messaging, define go-to-market strategies, and enable the sales team.
- Balance investment in product/maintenance and innovation, working closely with capability leadership and product manager teams.
- Act as a company-wide accepted expert, driving knowledge into the organization and to customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B environment, with prior success in setting product strategy and executing it based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Good technical understanding, with experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, shared infrastructure, mass storage databases, and Web apps.
- Knowledge in privacy, scaling, and access control topics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to translate product strategy into business impact.
- Clear sense of ownership and accountability, strong communication skills, and bias for action.

Compensation and Rewards:
- Minimum salary for this position is € 70,000 gross per year, based on full-time employment.
- We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
