We are looking for a Service Technician (full-time) for the Vienna region.

Job Description

  • Reliable implementation: You will perform maintenance work, installations, or repairs for our entire product portfolio independently and thoroughly.
  • Take responsibility: Analyzing, finding, and fixing faults is part of your tasks, and you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
  • Networked communication: You will have contact with our customers and advise them on the ideal setting of the devices for their personal needs.

Requirements

  • Personality: You are customer-oriented, independent, reliable, and enjoy finding solutions.
  • Experience and knowledge: You have professional experience in the HKLS sector, good IT skills, and experience in customer service is an advantage – can also be acquired within our training program.
  • Driving license: Class B
  • Education: Completed training in the field of electrical, refrigeration, and heating technology or mechatronics (apprenticeship, HTL technical school, or equivalent)
  • Language: Very good German language skills

Gehalt, 38,5 h/Woche, Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe). Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung.
