Job Overview:
This position requires a skilled Telecommunications Network Specialist who can provide maintenance and support activities for voice and/or messaging core network elements in a cloud environment. As part of our team, you will work closely with the network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support to ensure seamless service delivery. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and analytical skills to join our international multicultural team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support voice and/or messaging core network elements in a cloud environment.
  • Perform network change operations, upgrades, process/trace trouble tickets, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, conduct inspections, and more.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support.
  • Provide technical support for mobile and fixed voice and messaging services.
  • Take on-call duties as needed.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven IT background, including computer and transmission hardware, IP networking, and Linux expertise, with experience in cloud technologies like OpenStack and Containers being a plus.
  • Experience in network support.
  • Knowledge of key telecommunication protocols such as ISUP, MAP, SIP, and Diameter.
  • Familiarity with mobile and fixed voice core and/or messaging systems.
  • IMS architecture knowledge is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Able to work effectively in an international, multicultural team environment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
