Product Management Director

We are a leading provider of innovative irrigation technology dedicated to enhancing crop yields and water efficiency worldwide.
Job DescriptionAs the Director Product Management, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our genuinely designed product portfolio to save water and energy in agricultural irrigation systems. Reporting to our CEO, you will work closely with our customers and users worldwide, especially growers, OEMs, and dealers.
- Management and coordination of projects from concept development to market launch.
- Closed cooperation with internal stakeholders (Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Quality).
- Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Managing the entire product life cycle including pricing, launch activities, product adaptations, and portfolio adjustments.
- Establishing standards and procedures to ensure effective and efficient product development.
- International travel to support project sites and sales activities.
- Providing technical advice and training to customers and internal teams.
- Preparing and implementing product presentations at international trade fairs and customer sites in close cooperation with the Marketing and Sales Team.
- Completed relevant degree in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Economics, or Natural Science combined with a solid business understanding or Business Administration combined with strong technical understanding.
- Experience in product management preferably in the agricultural or another technical sector.
- Solid knowledge of project management.
- International experience and intercultural competence.
