Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leaders to support and enhance our technology strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CIO in developing and implementing digital and IT strategies that support the overall business objectives
  • Manage the entire digital and IT project portfolio, including evaluating and prioritizing new projects in terms of business case, budget, and resource requirements
  • Manage and oversee key digital and IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Develop and implement portfolio management processes and best practices
  • Conduct risk analyses and develop risk mitigation strategies for the portfolio
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Create regular reports and presentations for senior management on the status and performance of the portfolio
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and address their digital needs
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic planning
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and licenses
  • Support internal and external IT audits
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital and IT department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 3 years experience in IT management, preferably with a proven track record in project and program management
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate diplomatically with different stakeholders
  • Business mindset, relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
