Financial Controller

BRP-Rotax is a leading company in the powersports industry, and we're looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for controlling processes, preparing decision bases for management, and collaborating in local and international projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Control processes, including closing and planning, variance analyses, and financial reporting
• Prepare decision bases for management, including corporate planning and controlling
• Collaborate with project and division managers to drive business growth
• Improve the system and process landscape, and evaluate and optimize operational financial processes

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial studies with specialization in controlling, finance, or accounting
• First relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment
• SAP knowledge in FI/CO, high IT affinity
• Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German
• Communicative team player with strong analytical skills, process orientation, initiative, and commitment
