About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sports & Entertainment Product Manager to join our team at Skidata. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation in access control and leading the development and launch of new products that redefine the industry standard.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Transformation: Utilize market analysis and insights from customer discussions, sales, and partners to drive digital innovation in access control.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with global and regional teams in sales, development, and marketing communications to plan and coordinate the design of user experiences.
  • Innovate and Validate: Continuously test and refine prototypes, concepts, and pricing models with target groups.
Your Profile
  • Experienced Innovator: Proven experience as a Software Product Manager with expertise in digital platforms, mobile, and data.
  • Business Savvy: Background in business, marketing, innovation management, design thinking, and business model design.
  • Industry Enthusiast: Deep understanding of and passion for the Sports & Entertainment industry.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong orientation towards customer needs, market trends, and solution development.
  • Collaborative Leader: Highly skilled in cross-functional project management, networking, and stakeholder management.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in English.
