Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Independently prepare and implement projects within flight operations, including cross-departmental initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of information events and meetings for pilots and employees, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Support the creation of presentations and other communication materials for internal communication, effectively conveying key messages.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal and cross-fleet processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the design and organization of talent platforms, enhancing the employee experience.
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship, with a current certificate of enrollment.
- Strong interest in the aviation industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to various topics.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a strategic understanding of the industry.
- Proficient in German and English, with very good written and spoken skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, with a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union.
