What You\u0027ll Do
- Support the purchasing process and complete daily shopping activities with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency.
- Create and manage procurement documents, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, complaints, and order confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate master data in the ERP system to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Monitor and follow up on discrepancies between orders and invoices to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the creation of process documentation and specific procurement reports to support business decisions.
Who We\u0027re Looking For
We seek a candidate with a commercial or technical background, such as HAK or HTL, who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Awareness of order management, logistics, and supply chain processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking are essential for success in this role.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus, as is proficiency in German and English language skills.
- MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, is an advantage.
