About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Group ESG & Sustainability Management team as a Sustainability Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our holistic ESG approach and driving sustainability initiatives within the banking group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project management tasks, including data collection, monitoring, and analysis
  • Participate in internal IT processes and application maintenance
  • Contribute to sustainability reporting, including research and deep dive evaluation on sustainability/ESG topics
  • Process sustainability rating enquiries and develop automated solutions
  • Support the preparation of documents, including internal and external presentations
  • Perform other organizational and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Currently studying in a field related to sustainability, economics, technology, or natural sciences
  • Strong interest in sustainability/ESG topics, particularly environmental and social issues
  • Proficient in using various IT systems and applications, including project management tools and data collection software
  • Excellent command of English, with German as an asset
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
  • First experience in data analysis and project management
