Senior Logistic & Procurement Manager

Join our client, a leading multisegmented merchant in Central and Eastern Europe, as a Senior Logistic & Procurement Manager. This role is part of the central service team at the head office in Vienna.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement group guidelines for logistics and procurement-related topics, ensuring compliance across the organization.
  • Optimize logistics organization and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Secure adherence to SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) rules and ensure group standards for processes and IS-systems.
  • Set qualitative and quantitative objectives and KPIs for local organizations and the group.
  • Project manage international logistics and M&A projects.
  • Process owner of ERP-system (SAP) related to Logistics & Procurement processes.
Requirements:
  • Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Experience in managing IS-systems implementation and digital transformational projects.
  • Advanced SAP ERP knowledge.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Strong growth mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Organizational talent and self-driven personality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
