About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations & Processes Business Analyst to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group. As a key member of our Group Finance & Regulatory Reporting department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading Group companies through the IFRS 17 Group reporting process.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and assess specialized topics within the scope of IFRS 17 reporting to the Group
* Support VIG insurance companies with the application of SAP FPSL as a Group-wide IFRS 17 subledger
* Ongoing process optimization and identifying corresponding potential for further enhancement
* Liaise with various specialist departments and finance-related projects
* Plan and implement trainings and knowledge transfer focused on SAP FPSL within the VIG Group
Requirements:
* Relevant, completed degree
* Professional experience in the financial services or insurance sector, as well as IFRS 17 knowledge is an advantage
* Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment
* Reliability and high ability to work under pressure as well as an independent and responsible approach
* Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement
