We are seeking a talented Digital IC Design Specialist to join our team at ams-OSRAM AG. As part of our Image Sensor Solutions business, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative digital ICs for optical imaging solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital IC front-end components using Verilog/SystemVerilog
  • Verify digital blocks using automated self-checking testbenches and static code checks
  • Contribute to requirements/architecture/design reviews and generate relevant documentation
  • Closely collaborate with project teams and digital domain experts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with basic knowledge in Digital Integrated Circuit Design
  • Experience with Verilog, System-Verilog, VHDL, Synthesis, and LINT is a plus
  • Experience with formal requirements management tools and advanced MCU/bus-system based digital architectures is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication/listening skills are essential
