Role Responsibilities:In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing process stability by:
- Planning and executing Process Improvement Activities and Process Performance Qualification.
- Assessing the implementation of new technologies in manufacturing and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Approving manufacturing documents related to product processes.
- Leading investigations into deviations, complaints, and failures, including root-cause analysis.
- Assisting with submissions to regulatory authorities and responding to inquiries with your expertise and data analysis.
- A degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, process engineering, chemistry, or a related natural science field.
- Experience focused on protein biochemistry and bioprocessing.
- Ability to foster collaboration across various organizational levels and multifunctional teams.
- Familiarity with GMP standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis for process improvement decisions, with knowledge of Six Sigma and DMAIC being advantageous.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle stress effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital tools and data science, including AI applications.
