We are the agile Business-IT of the Porsche Holding Salzburg, steering the development, rollout, and maintenance of our innovative software solutions for present and future mobility.

As a key interface for the successful implementation and further development of our business processes in 20 international markets, our dynamic and communicative team is the central point of contact.

About the Job

We are looking for an IT Budget and Cost Controller to join our Group IT team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and consolidating the IT budget planning process in Austria and with our international wholesale partners;
  • Developing preliminary and final budget documents and presentations for the management team;
  • Monitoring and regularly reviewing the IT budget compared to the actual situation, creating reports, analyzing deviations;
  • Creating modern IT cost controlling reporting in collaboration with the Wholesale Controlling Team (Power BI);
  • Supporting our Group IT country managers in preparing country visits and budget/factoring meetings;

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A completed economics study or equivalent commercial training;
  • Experience in controlling is an advantage;
  • Strong teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and high numerical affinity;
  • Self-motivated, precise, and reliable working style;
  • Excellent IT user knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP is advantageous; Power BI);
