At Segula Technologies, we're shaping the future of engineering and innovation. As a Controller (m/w/d) in our Production Cost Control team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our international company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Controlling and reporting of production cost centers
  • Creation of cost center budgets and forecasts
  • Calculation of cost rates for production cost centers
  • Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Creation of ad-hoc reports for plant management
  • Preparation of documents for internal and external audits
  • Point of contact for economic and operational auditors
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with Power BI knowledge an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
  • Proactive and responsible work ethic
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to assertively communicate with stakeholders
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
