Restaurant Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Host to join our team at Raditi, obrt za poslovne usluge. As a Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Provide professional advice and care to guests from greeting to farewell
• Manage a station responsibly
• Handle cash and create daily account statements
• Be responsible for the assigned cash register
• Supervise, train, and support subordinate staff
• Have knowledge of current offers and promotions
• Perform mise en place work in the restaurant/bar/banquet area
• Set up and decorate buffets
• Check menus, displays, and decorative items for cleanliness and functionality

• You are a dedicated individual with completed training in an upscale restaurant or hotel industry and already have several years of experience in a similar position
• You are natural, friendly, service- and guest-oriented, with excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
• You are a passionate host
• Your strengths include creativity, independent work, flexibility, and resilience
• You motivate yourself and your team to achieve top performance
• You speak fluent German and very good English and enjoy working in a team
