Aiones is a cutting-edge startup that is disrupting the field of business knowledge management. Our innovative knowledge discovery tool is set to revolutionize the way businesses process, understand, and optimize their know-how.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Tech Co-Founder (future CTO) to join our team at Aiones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones
  • Develop and implement our systems and product lineup
  • Oversee and manage server and deployment infrastructure
  • Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Bridge the gap from strategy to technical implementation
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a demanding startup environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, cloud deployment, and system integration
  • Experience with different types of databases (e.g. Neo4j, Postgres, Qdrant)
  • Expertise in CI/CD procedures and software development cycles
  • Deeply interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus
  • Previous startup experience is a plus
