About the Role:

In this exciting position, you will collaborate closely with leadership teams to shape the organization's further development, supporting people and leadership growth, accompanying change processes, and managing complex business operations topics.

This role is a fixed-term position for 2 years, with the option to work 30 hours a week by need.

About the Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong professional relationships within a complex business environment.
  • Build relationships with managers and employees, creating trust and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Guide managers as a strategic partner, focusing on talent, leadership, and organizational development.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, including Leaders, Employees, Work Council, external partners, and more.
  • Transform global projects/initiatives into local actions and drive other assigned topics.
  • Plan and implement organizational transformation.
  • Mediate conflicts in employment relationships and manage labor law interventions.
  • Analyze data, report, and track relevant key personnel figures.

About You:

  • Hold a university degree in economics, law, or a similar field, specializing in human resources or corresponding HR training with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent HR Business Partner role in a global company.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, sound understanding of personnel management, and Austrian labor law.
  • Proven experience in conducting projects, such as change management and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive, resilient, self-confident, and enjoy teamwork.
  • Fluent in German and English.
