Service Desk Engineer PLC Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Engineer PLC to join our team at KNAPP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Receipt and processing of support requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Supporting customers from our headquarters in Graz, Austria
- Analyzing and resolving problems with existing logistics systems, ensuring conveyor system availability
- Traveling worldwide to build knowledge and expertise during the training phase
- Working in shifts after completing the Knapp training program
- Opportunity to supplement salary by being on call at weekends
- Technical education with a focus on electrical engineering
- First-hand knowledge of PLC programming, preferably with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong team player with independence and accuracy

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,650 gross per month, with a payment in line with the market depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
