Job Title: EHS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join our team at Boehringer Ingelheim RCV GmbH & Co KG. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and support management in their hazard identification and risk management activities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on EHS-related matters
Requirements:
  • Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering)
  • Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
