Transport Sales Director

FERCAM Austria GmbH, a continuously growing transport organization with 5 locations and currently 200 employees, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as a Transport Sales Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of FERCAM Austria and build up a department of your own.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and controlling daily transport on their route, finding solutions to any difficulties that may arise, and serving as the interface between international partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and controlling the daily transport on your route, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing transport partners, as well as acquiring new partners through sales negotiations and business trips throughout Europe.
- Liaising with your department on an ongoing basis to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
As a Transport Sales Manager at FERCAM Austria GmbH, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A salary range of €48,200 to €72,700 gross per year, depending on experience.
- Immediate profit sharing and a guaranteed profit-sharing scheme after a training period.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days of holiday per year and a 14 times salary bonus.
