Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our customers, helping them to get the most value from our software intelligence platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical assistance to customers via chat, email, web conference, and phone
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Identifying potential growth and retention opportunities within customer conversations
  • Contributing to projects focused on improving key processes

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
