We're seeking a Digital Business Leader to drive our digital environment, focusing on sales performance and optimizing the value chain from customer experience to order management, shipment, and cashing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a best-in-class digital platform that leverages data analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights using data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Support B2B associates with cutting-edge technology to enhance customer experience, streamline supply chain and sales processes, and ensure data compliance.
  • Drive the implementation of Salesforce (CRM module) and continuously improve systems and tools (including SAP ERP and SAP BI/BW) to maximize Sales Team performance while ensuring compliance.
  • Improve the digital customer journey through a customer portal (customer cloud) and effective CRM system utilization.
  • Enhance dashboard functionalities (e.g., write-back, automated export to PDF/PPT).
  • Explore artificial intelligence alternatives and opportunities for predictive analytics in B2B.
  • Refine the dashboard landscape focusing on Sales Performance and Profitability.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, privacy, and security.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, software development/digital, or business excellence.
  • Experience with ERPs including Salesforce, SAP, Qliksense, Qlikview.
  • Strong interest in controlling, finance, data, and enthusiasm for working with digital tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ideal experience or keen interest in Business Intelligence Dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Outstanding set of values with a great attitude to learning, excellent work ethics, and eagerness to grow.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand business processes and passion for improving process efficiency.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written (German language skills are a plus).
