Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As an Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the collaboration of product management and engineering for a customer-facing solution or the core platform of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster the creation, prioritization, and predictable realization of the solution roadmap with particular attention to collaboration and dependencies.
  • Act as a driver for cross-functional topics as a Project Manager.
  • Facilitate solution-specific meetings and workshops.
  • Work closely with the solution leadership team to ensure up-to-date data for reporting to higher management and facilitating decision-making.
  • Roll out and scale agile methods and principles in parts of the organization and continuously optimize them.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as an agile project/program manager or enterprise agile coach working with distributed teams (international experience is a plus).
  • Excellent project management, execution, and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills, experience running workshops using various techniques depending on the problem at hand.
  • Experience with change management, scaled agile practices in large organizations, continuous delivery pipelines, and cloud deployments (plus).
  • Excellent English skills.
