Capital Markets Lawyer Opportunity

Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Markets Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction-related documents, as well as managing the coordination process with law firms, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, review, and draft local and international transaction documents
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, lawyers, issuers, and stock exchanges
  • Develop proactive solutions to challenges and take responsibility for your work
  • Collaborate with our team to drive innovation in capital markets

Your Background

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm, bank, or in-house legal department
  • Master's degree in law or equivalent education or relevant working experience in a bank's documentation team
  • Strong interest in capital markets, bonds, and/or investment banking
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a professional communication style in German and English
