Job Title: Senior Digital Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Campaign Manager to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our Media Sales & Partnerships team, you will be responsible for optimizing and placing online advertising campaigns on our RBMH websites, while contributing to the continuous development of our ad tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of advertising campaigns via the Ad Server on our RBMH websites, including inventory analysis, booking, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and handling of advertising media.
  • Take a lead role in managing and optimizing our server infrastructure to ensure seamless ad delivery and performance, implementing server-side solutions to enhance ad campaign efficiency and reliability.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our Ad-Tech stack, implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency, and maintaining relationships with our technical service providers.
  • Support the Lead Ad Operation Manager in daily tasks and projects, engaging actively in collaborative efforts with agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in implementing and managing advertising campaigns on websites, ideally using Google Ad Manager, with experience in any other ad server system a must.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing server infrastructures for ad delivery, with technical skills and knowledge in programming languages, data analysis, project management, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in supporting team leaders and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients.
