Compensation and Rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

The minimum salary for this position is €56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.

Job DescriptionCompany Overview

As a C++ developer, you will be working primarily in C++ and further develop the core components of our leading Software Intelligence System. You will design and implement new features, maintain and improve our huge code base, and coordinate with Developers, Product Management, and SW Architects as a team member of an agile development team.

You will collaborate with local and international development teams, ensure product quality through comprehensive quality assurance measures (Continuous Integration and Delivery), and develop performance and availability monitoring solutions for various technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Profound and professional C/C++ experience
  • Platform and low-level system knowledge for Linux, Windows, Solaris, or AIX
  • Understanding of and interest in Software Architecture and Design
  • Willingness to learn on the job and eager to learn innovative technologies
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies is beneficial (containers, containerized environments)
