We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Education and Programme Management Department as a Scientific Congress Programme Organiser. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programme planning processes, collaborating with relevant committees, and organising in-person and online planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage programme planning processes, including coordination with programme planning committees
  • Collaborate with external partners and technology providers to ensure seamless programme execution
  • Organise in-person and online planning meetings to facilitate programme development
  • Administer planning and management software to ensure efficient programme planning
  • Prepare programme evaluation reports to inform future programme development
Requirements
  • Relevant educational background or working experience in programme management or a related field
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including advanced skills in Excel
  • Experience in using online meeting tools
  • Ability to work on simultaneous projects and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience and interest in medical education
  • Experience in working with CMS and/or E-Learning systems
  • Fluent written and spoken German or additional languages
