Key Responsibilities
You will engage directly with the marketing executives of these companies and oversee the successful execution of diverse advertising initiatives.
As a Marketing Consultant at Interactive Paper, your role is vital in assisting our clients with the realization of impactful projects. Your primary duties encompass:
- Consulting and guiding our clients in crafting and executing marketing strategies utilizing interactive media and digital tools.
- Evaluating the business goals and target demographics of our clients to create customized marketing solutions that align with their specific needs and expectations.
- Collaborating closely with our internal team of creative designers, developers, and analysts to devise tailored solutions that fulfill our clients' requirements.
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops for clients to optimize their use of our products and services, thereby maximizing their marketing potential.
- Managing projects and overseeing tasks related to client projects.
- Continuously assessing and enhancing ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure they achieve the desired outcomes and optimize ROI.
Candidate Profile
We seek customer-focused, communicative, and dedicated individuals who are eager to embrace significant responsibilities. You appreciate teamwork while also demonstrating an independent work ethic. You possess organizational skills and enjoy engaging with clients and promoting innovative high-tech solutions.
- Proficient in English and German, both spoken and written.
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Have relevant professional experience in marketing, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Possess a solid understanding of digital media, interactive technologies, digital marketing strategies, and project management.
- Exhibit excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to address complex challenges and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Be team-oriented and capable of working effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
What We Offer
- A full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from €2,600 to €3,800 gross
- An individual bonus potential of up to €10,000 annually
