Key Responsibilities:

* Management and development of the multi-member Group Accounting team
* Independent preparation of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS for reporting on the Vienna and Istanbul Stock Exchanges
* Responsibility for the group consolidation of approx. 90 subsidiaries
* Coordination of the consolidated financial statements - central contact person for external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, and consultants) and internal stakeholders (Management Board and local finance teams)
* Technical contact person for accounting topics and IFRS throughout the group
* Varied project work and proactive involvement in the introduction of new IFRS standards, automation, and digitalization regarding process optimization in the preparation of financial statements

Requirements:

* Completed business studies, preferably with a focus on accounting
* Several years of relevant professional experience in comparable positions
* Profound expertise in the areas of accounting and consolidation according to IFRS guidelines
* Professional communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
* Team player with good communication skills, hands-on mentality and high level of initiative
* Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Confident application skills in MS Office (esp. Excel) and ideally experience in working with Hyperion Financial Management
