Join Our Team as a Receptionist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist (m/w/d) to join our dynamic Front Office Team at JUFA Hotels. As a Receptionist (m/w/d), you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Completed education in hotel management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a reception or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
