Finance Director

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Director to manage accounting and tax topics for our local entity and international subsidiaries. This role will involve directing and controlling group transfer pricing setup and relevant charges to/from the local entity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly IFRS reports, ensuring alignment with local Controlling team.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and execute yearly audits with external auditors, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Tax Management: Manage and oversee regular internal tax reporting, DAC-6 analysis, and foreign exchange management.
• Leadership: Lead the Finance team (approx. 8 people) and develop their skills to achieve business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Regularly optimize SAP procedures and FI model, focusing on automation and digitalization.
• Global Projects: Participate in cross-border projects, ensuring adherence to IFRS, tax, and internal control regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in Finance and Tax, preferably in a large international setup.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP (FI and CO) and familiar with group accounting and reporting consolidation systems.
• Languages: Perfect German skills; advanced English skills.
• Leadership: Proven track record in people management and development, with a focus on high performance.
