Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing media content strategies, concepts, and communication plans that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with our team to create engaging content that resonates with our audience
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to inform future content strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with international media partners and influencers
  • Manage and monitor social media channels to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media and communications (from Instagram to TV)
  • Expertise in content creation from text, audio, to photo and video
  • Excellent knowledge of youth culture and lifestyle, as well as imaging and adventure sports
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
