About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our International Trainee Program, Acceleration. As a Trainee, you will be part of a diverse team and work on innovative projects that shape the future of sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of control and automation technologies in production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and methods for control techniques and processes
  • Work with various internal departments and locations in different countries
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Control or Automation Technology, Electrical or Software Engineering, Mechatronics or similar disciplines
  • At least six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the fields of work above
  • Maximum of two to three years of professional working experience
  • At least four months of studying, working, or traveling abroad
