Senior Java Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our Licensing team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based microservices for our account, subscription, and usage-tracking platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices for our account, subscription, and usage-tracking platform.
- Feature Development: Develop crucial functionalities to oversee account lifecycle and subscriptions, track and report usage, offer insights into costs and product utilization, and enable control over feature usage.
- Architectural Decisions: Drive architectural decisions for team-domain projects and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with an Agile team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support colleagues, fostering an approachable and supportive environment.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the software.
- Team Productivity: Boost team productivity by enhancing delivery, collaboration, and communication.
- Service Ownership: Take ownership of your services and features and fully utilize Dynatrace to monitor and optimize your applications.
- Education: Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development or a comparable programming language.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaboration: Collaborative and motivational team member with a proactive approach.

Compensation and Rewards- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
