Senior Expert for Information Security and Operational Resilience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Expert for Information Security and Operational Resilience to join our team at Porsche Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our information security strategy, ensuring the operational resilience of our systems, and providing expert advice to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the information security strategy in line with our business strategy and the requirements of the DORA regulation
  • Continuously review and improve the ISMS to ensure operational resilience
  • Ensure that all business areas and external service providers adhere to information security standards and guidelines
  • Provide expert advice to the leadership team on all aspects of information security and regular reporting on the status of information security
  • Develop and conduct training and awareness programs on information security for all employees
  • Lead the investigation and response to security incidents and develop incident response plans
  • Collaborate with the data protection officer to ensure data protection and data security
  • Manage and develop the information security organs within the group
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in IT, information security, risk management, or compliance
  • Deep knowledge of information security standards and norms, preferably with experience in applying the DORA regulation
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications are an advantage
  • Organizational talent, communication, and team skills
  • Independent working style, engagement, and perseverance
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Occasional willingness to travel
