Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining disaster recovery solutions for our cloud-based SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement disaster recovery solutions for our cloud-based SaaS environment
  • Develop and document comprehensive disaster recovery plans, procedures, and runbooks
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to system availability and data integrity
  • Monitor system performance and health metrics, proactively identify areas for improvement, and implement preventive measures to enhance system reliability and resilience
  • Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews, analyze root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence


Requirements


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in site reliability engineering, ideally with a focus on disaster recovery, preferably in a cloud-based SaaS environment

Minimum Salary

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment.
