  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide international training to new employees on commissioning software solutions, focusing on developing comprehensive training concepts for KiSoft One and other products.
  • You will analyze employee competency matrices to identify training needs and create personalized development plans in collaboration with managers.
  • As the key contact person for processing departments, you will address topics related to training and employee development, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • You will be responsible for introducing developed training concepts to KNAPP subsidiaries worldwide, promoting standardization and consistency in our global operations.

About You

  • You possess a completed technical education (HTL or comparable), providing a solid foundation for your role.
  • You have expertise in object-oriented programming (C++, C#, or Java), allowing you to develop effective training materials.
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL or Oracle) and Linux is also essential for this position.
  • Optional completion of a trainer training program can be beneficial in enhancing your skills.
  • You must be able to quickly grasp complex logistics contexts and effectively communicate them to others.
  • Familiarity with e-learning, blended learning, and webinars is a plus, as you will be creating engaging training content for various platforms.
  • You should have the ability to record and convey complex technical information both verbally and in writing.
  • In addition to conveying technical content, you must demonstrate the competence to train future specialists at KNAPP AG.
  • Proficiency in English and German is required, enabling you to communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
