We are looking for an ambitious colleague to join our dynamic and young team at Podero, a software platform that enables energy providers like E.ON or Oekostrom to manage flexible electrical consumers such as heat pumps, electric cars, and batteries according to the electricity market.

What You'll Do

You will have the exciting opportunity of gaining valuable sales experience in a start-up environment and contribute to reducing costs. As a Sales Development Representative, you will develop your own customer pipeline in Hubspot and over time develop your own scripts and sales methods. Practical sales experience is a big plus but not necessarily required.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is excited about a dynamic start-up environment with plenty of opportunities for growth and development. For a position in sales, it's also important to us that you have a natural talent for—and even enjoy—communication.

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Our team dynamic is much closer-knit than that of any corporate environment—and perhaps even most startups. This means you'll get to build strong relationships with your colleagues and work together to drive results.
